Cabin Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations: A deposit of one night accommodation plus tax is taken 30 days prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. A non-refundable 50% of your reservation fee is due 14 days prior to your arrival, the remainder balance must be paid 3 days before your stay. Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid Credit Card.

Cancellation: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date are not subject to fees. Any Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days days or more are subject to one calendar day rate. Cancellations 14 days to 4 days prior to your arrival are subject to 50% of the remainder balance. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable of full amount.

Payments must be made prior to your stay and proof of receipt shown at time of arrival.

Missed payments will result in loss of reservation(s)

Due to lodge location, cash will not be accepted - all purchases must be completed through our website
